Somatic coaching invites your body into the conversation. Together, we slow down enough to notice what's actually happening beneath the surface: the tension you've been holding, the grief you haven't named, the beliefs your nervous system has been running on autopilot.
That's where real change lives.
I split my time between northwest Virginia and New York City, and work with women on Zoom. That means you can work with me from wherever you are.
What a session looks like:
Each session begins with where you are that day, not where you think you should be. We might start with a check-in, a grounding exercise, or simply noticing what's alive in your body right now. From there, we follow what emerges: a stuck pattern, a decision you can't make, a feeling you've been avoiding, or a dream you haven't let yourself say out loud.
I draw from:
Body-centered coaching, including movement, to create awareness of and let go of what's held in the body
12-step recovery-informed frameworks: practical, spiritually grounded tools for seeing the full picture clearly, letting go of control, and developing a sustainable, daily practice to stay connected to self
Narrative and creative inquiry: writing prompts to reclaim your story as yours
Sessions run 50 minutes. New clients begin with an intake form and an initial conversation so I can better understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's in the way. I also offer a free, 30-minute intro session to answer any questions and help you decide if you want to proceed.

Creative Kickstart
Whether you are a solopreneur, work on a team, or operate in a corporate setting, this series of one-on-one sessions are specifically geared towards kicking off a dream, project, or idea.
What the series will help you articulate:
What is my Why?
Who am I to do it?
Where do I start?
When do I begin?
How do I proceed?
You will come away with a clear roadmap to look ahead, tools to execute, and support to see it through.

getting started
Step 1: Use the scheduler below to book your first session. New clients will complete a short intake form, which takes about 5 minutes and helps me show up prepared for you.
Step 2: We meet. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just bring yourself.
Step 3: After our first session, we'll talk about what support looks like going forward, whether that's a few focused sessions or ongoing work over time.
